Senior Financial Audit & Controls Manager

FHLBank Chicago is seeking an Audit Manager to lead risk-based audits with a focus on financial reporting and internal controls. You will manage staff, plan engagements, and communicate findings to senior leadership and board committees.

The role requires at least seven years in progressive audit roles, CPA or CIA certification, and strong COSO/GAAP expertise. You will guide risk assessment, testing, and reporting while developing teams in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
