Providing senior-level program leadership and strategic oversight, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst with Secret Clearance will support the NAVFAC Audit Integration program, ensuring effective audit remediation planning and communication with both working-level staff and senior leadership in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic audit remediation planning to meet the Department of the Navy's accelerated audit goals Manage integrated communication across the BSO and report on program execution status to senior leadership Execute program requirements while balancing competing priorities and fiscal constraints Required Qualifications Active Secret clearance; Interim Secret clearance is acceptable Bachelor's-level degree in a Business/Management field or equivalent Five (5) to ten (10) years of extensive experience leading complex federal organizations and programs Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level briefings on audit readiness risks and mitigation strategies Experience in audit, accounting, financial management, and program execution
