Korn Ferry is partnering with our client on their search for a Senior Financial Analyst – Strategic Finance.

Role Summary:

• Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Strategic Finance
• Reports to: Finance Manager – Strategic Finance
• Overview: This role serves as a key financial partner to senior leadership, providing strategic insights and analysis to drive revenue growth, optimize margins, and support new product commercialization. Responsibilities include partnering with marketing and R&D teams, managing product and channel profitability analysis, leading strategic business initiatives, and delivering actionable market and financial intelligence to leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 4–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or related functions
• Strong business partnering skills with experience in large, matrixed environments
• Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation abilities, including the capability to influence senior leadership decisions
• Highly self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently while balancing multiple priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with enterprise financial systems such as HFM, EPM, SAP, or Power BI is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret financial and market data to drive decision-making
• Industry experience in energy, industrials, or manufacturing is preferred, though not required
• Base Salary: $100K–$110K (up to $115K for highly qualified candidates)
• Comprehensive benefits package (no bonus structure for this role)
