Senior Financial Analyst, RevenueThe Senior Financial Analyst, Revenue role is a key position in the Revenue Finance team and is responsible for Revenue Accounting & Reporting. Requires strong working relationships with the Accounting & Reporting team, Divisional Finance and the Commercial organization.Skill set:Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or FinanceCPA and/or CMA is strongly preferredAdvanced degree in Finance, Accounting or Business preferredContinuous Improvement training preferred (i.e. Six Sigma)Demonstrated ability to drive meaningful improvements in performance, quality and efficiency through system and process innovation and effective project managementDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization, and build mutually productive business partnerComprehensive knowledge of IFRS (GAAP), accounting and financial reporting requirements, Enterprise systems knowledge (SAP)Significant experience in financial accounting and reporting, auditing and financial process engineering, with record of strong control focusStrong leadership, interpersonal, influencing and management skills4+ years of Financial experience, preferably in Big 4 public accounting, and the healthcare industry
