Senior Financial Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst / Financial Analysis Manager in Plymouth, MI (hybrid schedule) to bridge commercial strategy and operational performance. In this highly visible role, you'll partner with Sales, Operations, Account Management, and Finance to develop pricing strategies, evaluate business performance, and provide data-driven insights that drive profitable growth. This a great opportunity for a driven finance professional who is looking for growth and has about 5 years of experience. Must have advanced Excel and Power BI or Tableau and exposure and interest in utilizing AI. 120K – 140K Base + Bonus + Benefits Package

Responsibilities:

• Develop competitive pricing models and support RFPs, bids, and rate requests
• Analyze awarded business performance against original bid assumptions
• Identify margin improvement opportunities and recommend corrective actions
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that provide real-time business insights
• Support leadership decision-making through financial modeling and analysis
• Automate reporting and improve existing data quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 4-5+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, or operational finance experience
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI or Tableau and AI exposure
• Big 4 or Transportation, logistics, or automotive industry experience a plus

Local candidates only. Must be in a commutable range to Plymouth, MI. Hybrid schedule in-office 3 days and 2 days remote (some flexibility required for more in-office time as needed). No sponsorship. Must be a US citizen or green card holder (permanent resident).
