A growing real estate investment and property management company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to help build and scale its FP&A function. Reporting directly to the CFO, this newly created role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to drive financial planning, reporting, and business insights across a growing portfolio. REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Prepare monthly variance and trend analyses
- Support consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting
- Develop and improve reporting processes and financial dashboards
- Partner with operations and asset management teams to drive business insights
- Assist with lender reporting, compliance requirements, and risk tracking
- Review expense allocations and ensure reporting accuracy
- Serve as a key resource for finance systems and data management initiatives
Qualifications
- 6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA is a plus
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Real estate experience REQUIRED
- Exposure to Yardi, Salesforce, or similar systems is a plus
Compensation
- Base salary: $130,000-$160,000
- Bonus: 10%-20%
- Hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
