Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)Reporting to the VP of Finance & Accounting, the Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) holds a critical role in capturing and reporting all financial reporting. This individual has a focus on financial planning, both short-term and long-term, of business operations to measure and forecast future business performance. They have the opportunity to make positive financial contribution by discovering cost saving opportunities and ensure a high level of reporting integrity.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Create the Annual Financial Plan (Operating, Financial and Capital Budgets)Responsible for providing financial analysis, recommendations and decision-making support to the executive staffModel the financial impacts of a variety of business decisions and presenting options to business leaders; help drive process and cost efficiencies for business operationsDevelop and review the Rolling Forecast and Strategic PlanAssist in maintaining the integrity and completeness of the Company's data warehouseAssist with the month-end close process (mainly through variance analysis)Perform monthly Actual vs.

Budget variance analysis and discuss with department managersManage the Company's balanced scorecard (daily, weekly and monthly operational metrics)Review monthly financial statements for each assigned business unit, identifying key trends, variances and areas of improved performanceProactively provide insightful, actionable and accurate financial reporting analysis to key business owners in the organization and must be able to communicate the information so others can understandBuilds strong partnerships with key internal customers and cross-functional teamsIdentify, evaluate and compare multiple projects by their ROI% and track progressPerform other various ad-hoc analysis as requested by managementOther duties as assignedReports to the ControllerSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Master's Degree in Finance or business; CPA preferred5-7+ years of experience in Finance and AccountingAdvanced skills with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Access, etc.)A background with distribution organizations is a plusExperience with Microsoft SQL Server is requiredExperience with One Stream and CRM software a plusVery strong data mining skillsPassionate, Adaptable, Customer Focused and Teamwork orientedStrong verbal and written communication skills are required along with ability to communicate and present with internal partnersStrong sense of urgency and accountabilityStrong problem solving and communication skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-changing environmentHighly autonomous and takes individual initiativeExcellent organizational skills to meet deadlines; strong attention to detail and provides work that is accurate, thorough and consistentStrong analytical skills to analyze complex informationEMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY INCLUDES:Competitive benefits, including: medical, dental, vision, life, STD & LTD insurance options, FSA, 401(k) and Profit SharingCareer growthTarget compensation: $100K-$125KDGI Supply is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
