This role partners closely with senior leadership to align financial results with operational objectives, enabling data-driven decision-making and the achievement of strategic goals.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and business-minded, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & AnalysisLead and support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processesDevelop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-makingAnalyze financial results and provide variance analysis against budget and forecastsPerformance ReportingDeliver timely and accurate financial and operational reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual)Prepare executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and performance reportsIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities across business unitsStrategic PlanningPartner cross-functionally to support the development and execution of the company's strategic planAlign financial outcomes with operational initiatives to drive business performanceProvide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiencyExecutive, Board & Investor SupportPrepare high-quality materials for board meetings, investor updates, and executive presentationsSupport the CFO in communicating financial performance and key business insightsEnsure reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned with stakeholder expectationsCFO Support & Business PartnershipServe as a trusted advisor to the CFO, providing proactive financial analysis and insightsCollaborate with senior leadership to evaluate business performance and support decision-makingCommunicate financial results and recommendations clearly to non-financial stakeholdersQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field4–7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related fieldStrong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel (financial modelling required)Excellent communication and presentation skillsProven ability to work cross-functionally and influence business decisionsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and accountabilityPreferred Qualifications:Experience in construction, roofing, or multi-location/service-based businessesExperience supporting executive leadership or C-suite stakeholdersFamiliarity with financial systems, reporting tools, and ERP platformsMBA, CPA, or CFA (preferred but not required)Why Join Quick Roofing:Competitive compensation and performance-based incentivesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysHigh-growth environment with strong career advancement opportunitiesDirect exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-makingQuick Roofing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
