Senior Financial AnalystThe Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key member of the Finance team, contributing to accurate financial reporting, efficient planning processes, and data-driven decision-making. This role actively supports the monthly close process and drives insights through forecasting, analysis, and performance tracking.Key Responsibilities:Monitor financial performance and trends across key metricsAnalyze significant variances and uncover root causesPerform balance sheet reviews and manage account reconciliationsPrepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial analysesSupport the month-end close process: journal entries, P&L updates, variance analysisAnalyze actual results vs. plan and prior year; identify key business driversDevelop and maintain monthly reporting dashboards for leadershipProvide actionable recommendations through variance and performance analysisMaintain rolling projection models across cost centers and expense linesSupport budget and forecasting processes (bi-annual cycles)Assist with internal and external audit data requestsConduct ad hoc analyses to support executive decision-makingQualifications:Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA, or a related field preferredCPA license a plus3+ years of public accounting experience3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role in industryAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, VLOOKUPs, etc.)Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-ready presentationsExperience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, or Oracle FinancialsFamiliarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a strong plusExperience with financial tools such as Hyperion and DatarailsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholdersComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlinesWhat This Role Offers:Direct involvement in financial strategy and performanceHigh visibility with executive leadershipMission-driven and collaborative cultureCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunities for professional development and growthThe organization is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace for all employees.Compensation: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
