Senior Financial AnalystPrimeLending is a leading national home lender focused on empowering the pursuit of homeownership. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to focus on the financial plans of the organization in order to achieve our goals and objectives. Carries out defined steps or processes.
May work closely with senior executives and/or key business leaders. Analyzes financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data and recommending actions.ResponsibilitiesIdentifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecastsImproves financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to managementReconciles transactions by comparing and correcting dataProtects operations by keeping financial information confidentialPerforms medium and long-term tasks and more complex requests and activitiesRegularly uses independent judgement to resolve non-routine issues escalated from junior team membersServes as a subject matter expert with technical knowledge and broad understanding of their fieldInfluences junior team members by providing advanced understanding and guidance of the subject areaConveys and exchanges basic technical and factual information with colleagues, clients and customersMay have limited management responsibilitiesMay be responsible for providing basic training to new employeesOther functions as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
