This role partners with cross-functional teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with financial goals. The position plays a key role in improving visibility into costs, profitability, and operational efficiency while supporting data-driven decision-making.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field~3 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience (manufacturing environment preferred)Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelingExperience with variance analysis, cost tracking, and profitability analysisProficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP experience preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholdersDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plusDay to Day Responsibilities:Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processesAnalyze financial performance, including revenue, costs, and marginsPrepare variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadershipPartner with program and operations teams to track financial performance and cost driversDevelop and maintain financial models to support business decisionsMonitor key financial metrics and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunitiesAssist with month-end and quarter-end financial reportingSupport cost control initiatives, including labor, materials, and overhead analysisPrepare presentations and reports for senior leadershipEnsure data accuracy and integrity across financial systemsContribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting tools
