Key Responsibilities

• Own and support the Financial Planning & Analysis function
• Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning tools
• Analyze complex datasets and provide actionable business insights
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations
• Evaluate business performance, identify trends, and make recommendations
• Support acquisition analysis and integration initiatives
• Improve reporting processes and implement scalable FP&A best practices
• Deliver insights that drive profitability, efficiency, and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance required
• Strong FP&A experience with advanced financial modeling skills
• Heavy data analysis experience
• Experience working directly with senior executives and business leaders
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting capabilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of key initiatives
