If you want to push the boundaries of materials science and engineering to create next generation technology, join us to deliver material innovation that changes the world.We are actively recruiting a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team to support the Worldwide Operations Manufacturing group.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all spending and budgeting related activities. These activities include but are not limited to forecasting, reporting, journal entries posting, capital budget management and execution, quarter end close and accounts reconciliation.Effectively collaborate and interact with various Business Managers and be responsible in consolidating key FP&A requirements, while delivering reporting analysis for all financial cycles.Perform consolidation and reporting related to financial close, quarterly business reviews, Annual Operating Plans, Strategic Review and forecast cyclesCollaborate with cross functional teams in performing detailed analysis for finance and non-finance stakeholdersSupport management in completing ad hoc reports and providing data driven insights into business performanceDevelop financial models, run scenario analysis and provide support in analyzing margins, risks and opportunities.Lead the effort in streamlining management reporting and centralizing information and analyticsProactively identify and drive process improvement initiativesQualifications & PreferencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong Excel modeling skills, experience with Financial systems like SAP, Anaplan and Tableau a plusCollaborative working style, excellent communication, and presentation skillsSelf-starter with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environmentEducation: Bachelor's degree in business/accounting/finance or related fieldExperience: 4-7 years of finance experience and Master's Degree preferredThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
