Senior Financial Analyst – Asset ManagementExcel, PowerPoint and Reporting FocusDallas TX:WFH hybrid scheduleWhat You'll Be Doing:Build and maintain financial models and run company/fund/portfolio-level analytics on an ongoing and ad-hoc basisCreate presentations for senior management, investors, and external partiesSynthesize, cleanse, and monitor financial, operating, and portfolio data received from various internal teamsImprove quality and efficiency of reporting to senior management and investorsTrack and evaluate portfolio, capital structure, and financial and operating performance relative to peersCollect, evaluate, and present macroeconomic, real estate sector, industry, and public / private market statistics, trends, and transaction activityCollaborate with the Asset Management Team to create and maintain property and portfolio-level analyticsWork closely with the Accounting, Investments, and Data Analytics teams to ensure data integrity across the entire portfolioHandle special projects and analyses, as assignedCoordinate with Asset Management, Accounting, and Blackstone's finance group in supplying information ManageUndertake, and communicate results of key recurring analytical activities, including:Quarterly/annual financial reporting to internal stakeholdersRegular and ad-hoc financial and other reporting to senior management and investorsManage data and reporting for key financial and operational metricsLead reporting improvements through use of Power BI and other toolsSkills We're Seeking:Bachelor's Degree required3+ years of experience as an Analyst in Investment Banking, Consulting or Real EstateAdvanced financial analytical skills and experience building financial complex models with ExcelStrong experience creating PowerPoint decks for investor presentations and other business meetingsNice to Have Experience:Experience with structuring and executing capital markets and corporate-level strategic transactionsExperience using a tool like Power BI, Tableau or something similar to create reports and dashboardsExperience with SQL
