Senior Finance Project Manager

To support various accounting and finance systems initiatives, the full-time Senior Finance Systems Project Manager will manage high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance and accuracy while working closely with business leaders to deliver successful outcomes. Key responsibilities Directly manage high-impact projects and serve as a program leader across multiple related initiatives Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones while identifying risks and dependencies Coordinate training and process mapping sessions to support change initiatives and foster collaboration between teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification preferred Minimum of 7+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or project management with a proven track record of managing complex projects Strong business acumen with experience supporting corporate functions such as operations, strategy, or finance Experience facilitating meetings and workshops, along with proven change management skills Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex organizational environments
