Owning the execution of financial operations, the full-time Senior Finance Operations Manager will manage billing and collections, sales tax compliance, and month-end close processes while supporting FP&A and management reporting in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee accounts receivable, revenue reconciliations, and ensure timely billing and collections Support the annual budget and rolling forecast cycles, providing variance analyses and maintaining financial dashboards Manage grant expense tracking and compliance reporting, ensuring accurate submissions and audit preparation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 5-7 years of finance or accounting experience with ownership of FP&A processes and accounting operations Solid understanding of GAAP and nonprofit accounting fundamentals Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and complex reconciliations Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred) and financial planning tools (Vena or similar)
