A finance professional with more than 10 years of experience in pharma industry with strong knowledge in Generic pharma industry gross to net domain, MIS, finance & accounting. Highly motivated with strong analytical, multitasking, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Controls

• Maintain financial security by adhering to internal accounting controls.
• Maintain General Ledger in ERP system and monitored the GL accounts periodically in timely manner.

Finance & Accounting

• Maintaining books of accounts in ERP and preparation of monthly, quarterly reports, cashflow and other analytical reports for top management.
• Prepare monthly reports for various management meetings.
• Prepare variance report at NDC level with comparison to Budget and previous year for different period each month
• Month, Quarter and year end accruals and book closing.
• Monthly Sales reconciliation and ensuring proper sales related accruals in books.
• Period end reconciling Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
• Reconciling sale and accruals as per Books with Management reporting system
• Reconciliation of Inter Company transactions with Group Companies
• State tax related compliances for the group companies
• Prepare MIS and financials of group companies as per US GAAP
• Other finance and accounts related work from time to time

Audit

• Point person for statutory, internal and management audits
• Manage and handle year end and quarter end audits

Receivable Management

• Update receivables in ERP system by coordinating and monitoring with AR team and bank remittance transactions.

Designing Systems

• Provide innovative ideas for improvements in systems & processes.
• Active role and Initiatives in system implementation to reduce manual work and streamline processes
• Active role in implementing SAP in group companies

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Strong knowledge in accounting and finance, understanding of US GAAP.
• Strong knowledge of systems and processes in Finance domain.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP system
• Strong knowledge in MIS preparation
• Strong knowledge of pharma Gross to Net domain.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Master of Business Administration, Finance & MIS,
• More than 10 years of experience in US Pharma Industry.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office suite
