Job Description
Corporate FP&A Cross‑border Lead responsible for financial planning and analysis including multi‑year outlooks, budgeting, and reporting for Visa’s executive leadership. The Senior Manager will prepare internal and external reporting for VAS and CMS revenue streams, promote a One Visa mindset, and convert financial outputs into insights for the business.
Responsibilities
- Support and influence senior leaders in Finance across global and regional teams, delivering on the budget, forecast, and multi‑year strategic outlook for VAS and CMS.
- Drive the FP&A planning agenda for business units, assessing financial and business performance, partnering with the Business Units team and regional partners, and solving complex issues.
- Embed P&L thinking into decision‑making and provide succinct messaging for the CFO, quantifying financial impacts of risks and opportunities throughout reporting and planning cycles.
- Coordinate inputs from stakeholders on revenue reporting, driving the reviews as part of the monthly and quarterly cadence of Scorecards and business as usual.
- Provide timely and accurate financial management reporting, delivering insightful analysis of key trends and understanding business and financial risks and opportunities, with recommendations for action.
- Maintain knowledge of VAS and CMS business drivers and understand how they fit into Visa’s global strategy.
- Strengthen collaboration and partnership with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring synergies and coordinated efforts with other groups.
- Deliver on cross‑functional projects where VAS and CMS FP&A is a key stakeholder, including ideation, planning, leading and execution.
- Conduct competitive analysis of VAS and CMS performance, benchmarking against industry leaders, and develop industry knowledge.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2+ years with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications
- 9+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
- Finance‑related accreditation such as CPA, CFA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA.
- Ten years of progressive professional finance experience, preferably in a global public‑listed, government‑regulated payments company.
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills with a can‑do attitude for solving complex business problems.
- Highly strategic with strong business acumen and forward‑looking problem resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, oral, listening, and presentation, and ability to work under pressure and at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks independently and flexibly.
- Ability to coach and mentor junior staff and set a collaborative tone.

Compensation and Benefits
Estimated salary range: $149,800.00 to $240,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments. Salary may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location. The position may also be eligible for bonus and equity. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
Work Hours
Varies according to department needs.
Travel Requirements
5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements
Performed in an office setting; requires sitting, standing at a desk, communicating in person and by telephone, and operating standard office equipment.
