Senior Finance Director

Leading financial planning and analysis for a private equity-backed multi-brand portfolio, the full-time Senior Finance Director will manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while partnering with the executive team on strategic decisions in a fully remote role. Key responsibilities Own the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across all brands Lead board and PE sponsor reporting, including financial packages, KPI dashboards, and quarterly board materials Build and maintain financial models supporting brand-level investment decisions and corporate strategy initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy, including senior leadership experience Proven track record of building financial models and presenting to boards or senior executives Experience partnering directly with C-suite executives Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
