Our AmLaw 100 client needs a Senior Associate who can run point on asset-based and structured finance transactions. You'll be in the mix on: warehouse lending facilities, forward flow transactions, whole loan transfers, repo agreements, securitization and related work.
The work is direct, client-facing, and often high stakes.
