Senior Financial Planning AnalystAs a Senior Financial Planning Analyst, you will serve as a core finance partner supporting global planning, performance management, and decision-making.

The role combines strong financial rigor with advanced analytics and process innovation, including the use of AI-driven insights and agentic automation to enhance planning effectiveness and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesLead complex financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning to support global business decisionsPartner with business leaders to provide actionable insights on performance, risks, and opportunitiesDevelop and maintain advanced financial models supporting budgeting, long-range planning, and investment decisionsDrive variance analysis and performance tracking, translating results into clear recommendationsImprove planning, forecasting, and reporting processes through standardization and automationLeverage AI and agentic tools to automate data aggregation, variance explanations, and scenario generation, increasing speed and quality of insightsEnsure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting outputsSupport strategic initiatives through business cases and financial modelingSkillsStrong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilitiesAbility to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insightsExperience with planning systems (e.g., Tagetik) and data-driven decision supportProcess improvement mindset with focus on scalability and standardizationAI-enabled finance: ability to leverage AI/agentic tools to enhance analysis, automate workflows, and improve decision supportStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roleExperience supporting senior stakeholders in a business partnering capacityExposure to advanced analytics, automation, or AI-driven finance tools preferredGlobal experience preferredTravel is approx. 20% in the U.S. and EuropeOur Interview PracticesTo maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
