Senior Field Superintendent – Concrete Repair & Structural Strengthening

STRUCTURAL in the Phoenix area seeks a General Superintendent to lead field teams from the Tempe, AZ office. You will direct project work, safety, planning, and coordination for concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and structural strengthening in commercial and industrial settings.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in general construction with 5+ years in a superintendent role, excellent English communication, and proven ability to mentor field staff and manage multiple projects.
