Senior Field Procurement Engineer (FPE) - Administrative/BusinessProSidian Seeks a Senior Field Procurement Engineer (FPE) - Administrative/Business (Time and Materials | Exempt) to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation (SRR)) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, which is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy.This service supports Environmental Management Sector Clients and ProSidian Team Members work as part of an Engagement Team Cadre to fulfil T&M - Time and Materials requirements.The Senior Field Procurement Engineer (FPE) SC 102 as a Professional Grade position.Senior Field Procurement Engineer (FPE) - Administrative/Business Candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services related to NAICS: - Environmental Consulting Services, NAICS: - Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy, and NAICS: - Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services and Procurement of goods and services for the SRS Operating, Project and Support Divisions to support Site missions. Serve as the primary interface with SRS Divisions for all acquisition and procurement needs.
Assist in the development of technical and quality requirements necessary for installation of parts and materials into safety and safety-related systems, structures and components. Interpretation of a multitude of requirements ranging from federal regulations to site wide procedures and policies to provide effective guidance and service in the procurement process.Field Procurement services will be provided using SRR processes and procedures. Programmatic guidance will be provided by SRR.U.S.
