ScitiX is a fast-growing AI infrastructure company delivering managed inference — helping companies run today's best open and premium AI models in production, faster and more cost-effectively. We are building our North America presence now, and this is the first marketing hire in the region.
As Field Marketing Manager, North America, you will work side by side with the Revenue Lead to build and run marketing for the US market. This is a build role, not a maintain role: together you will shape the strategy, and you will drive it into execution. Our goal at this stage is straightforward — build credibility for a company the market does not yet know, and generate qualified pipeline for our sales team. Brand awareness for its own sake is not the job; pipeline and trust are.
How this role works
You will be the first — and for a while the only — dedicated marketing person in North America. You will not be managing a local team on day one. Instead, working closely with the Revenue Lead, you will help set direction and orchestrate ScitiX's centralized brand, creative, social, paid-media, and web resources as your production engine, while driving the strategy, the events, and the go-to-market motion here. If you are energized by building alongside a founder-operator, with the leverage of a broader organization behind you — and not by managing a large team from the start — this role is for you.
What you will own
Partner with the Revenue Lead to build the marketing strategy: positioning and messaging, channel mix, the demand-generation plan, and the metrics that define success. Turn a technical, differentiated product into a clear story that a sophisticated buyer trusts.
2. Events and partner co-marketing
Conceptualize, plan, and execute our event presence and our partner co-marketing end to end, in close partnership with the Revenue Lead — from industry conferences to curated dinners, webinars, and joint campaigns with our model and ecosystem partners — including the follow-up that turns contacts into pipeline. Partner and co-marketing matter from day one, since they are how a challenger builds reach and credibility fast.
3. Cross-organization orchestration
Be the connective tissue between North America go-to-market and ScitiX's centralized marketing, creative, and web resources. Brief and coordinate to produce the brand, content, social, paid campaigns, and web assets the US market needs — and keep everything aligned, on-brand, and moving.
You will be joining with several motions already underway. Your first job is to take ownership and make them sharper and more systematic:
- Take ownership of our live self-serve inference-audit page and paid-acquisition motion; sharpen targeting and lift qualified sign-ups.
- Systematize a content engine from our benchmark data, webinars, and customer proof — turning each asset into many.
- Own the operating rhythm with our central resources so the US market gets what it needs, fast.
- Own the forward event calendar and partner co-marketing, including the follow-up that turns contacts into pipeline.
As we scale
- Own and grow the demand-generation engine and the measurement and attribution system that shows which channels source pipeline.
- Build the marketing function and team as the business grows toward its next stage.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, spanning demand generation and events — at least some of it building marketing from the ground up at an early-stage or high-growth company.
- A builder who ranges from strategy to hands-on execution, comfortable owning the plan and doing the work.
- Collaborative by nature — you do your best work co-creating with a hands-on founder or GM, not operating in a silo.
- Strong events and project-management skills; able to run several things at once without dropping details, especially follow-up.
- Data-driven — you define success metrics and report honestly on pipeline contribution, not vanity metrics.
- An excellent communicator who can turn a technical product into a clear, credible story.
- Comfortable orchestrating resources across an organization to get things produced, rather than doing everything solo.
- Willing to travel within the US for events and customer meetings.
Nice to have
- Knows the AI infrastructure and inference ecosystem — the models, providers, and partners — so partner and co-marketing can start on day one.
- Experience marketing managed inference, AI/ML infrastructure, cloud, or developer and technical products.
- Experience marketing to technical buyers (developers, engineering leaders) and to mid-size companies.
- Familiarity with modern marketing and CRM tooling (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar), and with AI-enabled marketing tools and workflows.
- Thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where you define the playbook.
