Waterway Carwash is seeking a hands-on Senior Field Maintenance Manager to lead multi-site maintenance operations within our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. This role oversees reliability of wash tunnels, conveyors, pumps, and supporting mechanical/electrical systems across multiple locations. You’ll plan and execute preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and supervise field technicians in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities include vendor management, budgeting, capital project support, and enforcing strong safety standards.
