I'm supporting a confidential search for three Senior Field Clinical Engineers to join an innovative company preparing for pivotal clinical studies on a next-generation Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA) platform.
This is not a traditional Field Clinical Specialist role.
You'll work directly with leading electrophysiologists, support investigational clinical studies, collaborate alongside Clinical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, and Product teams, and help bring a differentiated PFA technology to market before commercial launch.
We're looking for professionals with:
- 3+ years supporting EP ablation procedures
- Strong mapping experience (CARTO, EnSite and/or Rhythmia)
- Experience supporting complex AF, VT, and advanced EP procedures
- Strong physician relationships and communication skills
- A startup mindset with the desire to build, innovate, and make an impact
