Senior Federal Capture Lead – GWAC/IDIQ

Best Military Resume is seeking a senior business development manager to own the full opportunity pipeline from identification through bid/no-bid and proposal kickoff across all active vehicles. You will maintain every active pursuit in Salesforce, chair capture meetings, and attend the weekly BD meeting.

You will manage subcontractor teaming relationships and actively pursue large bid opportunities, contributing pricing strategy inputs and bid/no-bid recommendations to leadership.
