Senior Facilities & Revenue Operations Leader

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Senior Facility Manager in Sacramento. You will lead operations, develop client relationships, deliver premier service, and manage budgets and staffing to meet SP+ standards.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience in budgeting, P&L review, and parking management. A valid driver's license is required. Salary range $100,000-$110,000 per year.
