Senior Export Controls Analyst

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Export Controls Analyst, the full-time hybrid role will manage and support the global export controls program, ensuring compliance with regulations across multiple jurisdictions while serving as a subject matter expert in export controls compliance for intangible and tangible transfers. Key Responsibilities Serve as a senior subject matter expert on global export control regulations and licensing requirements, conducting assessments and identifying compliance obligations Prepare, submit, and manage export license applications while providing strategic recommendations regarding licensing pathways and exemptions Lead the development of the organization's global export controls program, including onboarding new jurisdictions and conducting risk assessments Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Law, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 12 years of experience in export controls compliance within multinational organizations Demonstrated expertise in export controls licensing, classification, and regulatory analysis Significant experience with intangible transfers of technology and compliance across multiple export control jurisdictions Professional certifications in Export Controls preferred
