Senior Export Control Analyst

Providing advanced programmatic and compliance support, the full-time Senior Program and Export Control Management Analyst will manage project operations for the COSMIC-2 mission while ensuring adherence to federal export controls and cybersecurity frameworks at the NSOF in Suitland, MD. Key Responsibilities Deliver project management, scheduling, and milestone tracking for the COSMIC-2 mission, coordinating interagency and international partner communications Serve as the primary subject matter expert for ITAR and EAR regulations, managing export licensing and compliance efforts Maintain familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks to ensure compliance with federal security baselines and safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of relevant experience in federal program management, preferably with NOAA, NASA, or DoD Export compliance certification or 2+ years of professional experience managing U.S. export control compliance Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) principles and CUI handling procedures Ability to work on-site with a core presence during specified hours, with potential for hybrid/remote schedules as authorized
