Description & Requirements Elder Research Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of MANTECH international Corporation seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Exploitation Specialist (Data Scientist) to join our team in the DC Metro Area.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in data science, advanced analytics, machine learning, data visualization, or business analytics. Certifications and technical training may be used to substitute some years of experience.
• Strong working knowledge and hands‑on experience with Esri solutions such as Esri ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and secure enterprise Esri portals such as Safehouse and ICGIS.
• Senior‑level proficiency in Python and its data science and visualization ecosystem (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, Plotly, Dash, Bokeh, etc.)
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community operations.
• Demonstrated experience creating highly customized visualizations and analytic applications to meet unique business requirements.
• Demonstrated experience automating analytic and business processes using Python.
• Experience applying artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) techniques to structured and unstructured datasets.
• Knowledge of and implementation experience with advanced analytic methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

• Must have an active TS/SCI + CI Poly

Physical Requirements

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co‑workers, management, and customers via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
