Senior Executive Search Partner – Hospitality (Full Desk)

RestaurantZone is selectively engaging a proven full-desk executive search producer within hospitality, restaurant, hotel/resorts, food & beverage, CPG, or related sectors.

This is a senior revenue partnership seat — not a corporate recruiting role.

We are looking for an operator who can originate, close, and execute independently while building long-term client relationships within the hospitality ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

• Verifiable trailing production of $500K+ annually
• Majority self-generated revenue
• Repeat client relationships
• Strong retained search capability preferred
• Comfortable operating full desk (sales + delivery)
• Low client concentration
• Competitive, autonomous mindset
• Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred.

Compensation & Structure

This is a performance-aligned senior revenue seat.

Proven $500K–$1M producers within our platform typically earn between $225K–$400K+ annually , depending on production mix, retained volume, and self-generated revenue.

Structure includes:

• Tiered base aligned to verified trailing production
• Aggressive commission on self-generated revenue
• Higher splits on personally originated retained engagements
• Lower splits on company-sourced accounts
• Uncapped upside

Compensation is customized based on verified billings and demonstrated portability.
