Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Executive Chef to lead high‑volume culinary operations within a healthcare setting in Orlando, FL. The role involves overseeing all culinary functions for a dining account, managing a team of associates, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Plan and create all menus.
• Purchase and manage inventory.
• Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and the culinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High‑volume production and catering experience required.
• Experience managing cost controls.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch foodservice company.
