Senior Executive AssistantThe Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CFO, CPO, and CG&SO at a rapidly growing, PE-backed physical therapy organization. This role is integral to driving executive effectiveness and organizational efficiency across a dynamic, multi-site platform. The ideal candidate is a proactive, discreet, and exceptionally organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and can anticipate executive needs before they arise.Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remoteAddress: 1100 Circle 75 Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339Essential FunctionsExecutive SupportManage complex, multi-time zone calendars for the CFO, CPO, and CG&SO, including scheduling, prioritization, and proactive conflict resolutionCoordinate and prepare executives for internal and external meetings, including agendas, pre-read materials, presentations, and follow-up action itemsCoordinate all domestic travel arrangements, including flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and detailed itinerariesScreen and manage high-volume executive correspondence (email, calls, meeting requests) with professionalism and sound judgmentServe as a trusted gatekeeper and primary point of contact between the C-Suite and internal/external stakeholdersOperational & Project SupportSupport investor relations activities including coordinating board meetings, preparing board materials, and managing follow-up communications with PE sponsorsAssist with due diligence coordination, M&A-related logistics, and integration activities as neededMaintain confidential executive files, contracts, and corporate records with a high degree of accuracy and discretionTrack and manage executive expense reportsLead or assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as directed by the C-SuiteCommunications & Relationship ManagementDraft, edit, and proofread executive communications, including internal announcements and external correspondenceBuild and maintain positive relationships with clinic operators, regional leaders, board members, and PE firm representativesRepresent the executive team professionally in all interactions with internal teams, external partners, and vendorsOffice & Administrative LeadershipOversee office management functions at the corporate headquarters, including vendor relationships, facilities coordination, and supply managementOnboard and mentor junior administrative staff as the organization scalesIdentify and implement process improvements to increase executive efficiency and team productivityQualifications & Pay RangeRequired Skills & AbilitiesExceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)Experience with UKG (HR/workforce management) and Certify (expense management) preferred; ability to quickly learn and adopt new platformsProven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalismStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities under tight deadlinesOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsRequired CredentialsRequired5+ years of progressive executive assistant experience, with at least 5 years supporting C-Suite executivesBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experienceCompensation: $90,000-120,000 annually (Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position)Company OverviewAt PT Solutions, we're more than colleagues; we're a tight-knit community united in our mission to expand access to quality care.
