In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, navigating high-priority initiatives, complex scheduling needs, cross-functional operations, and sensitive, confidential matters with precision and maturity. Your work will directly influence the organization's ability to scale, ensuring the CEO remains focused on the most critical priorities while key projects and teams operate with clarity and momentum. This is more than a traditional administrative support role.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, driving projects forward, improving systems, and acting as a strategic extension of the CEO.You will work in close partnership with the CEO and senior leadership, collaborating broadly across the organization to support key priorities.
