Job Store Staffing is hiring a Senior Heavy Equipment Operator with extensive experience in foundation excavation and underground sewer installation . Pay / Hours :
- $ 40 .00-$ 50 .00/hour (DOE)
- Monday - Friday 40 - 50 hours per week
- Year-Round
- Overtime available during peak construction season
- Year-round, stable employment
- Up to $2,500 relocation assistance

- Work in the beautiful Winter Park area on a variety of commercial and residential excavation projects
- Operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform foundation excavation for residential and commercial construction projects
- Install and excavate for underground sewer systems , utilities, and related infrastructure
- Read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and site plans
- Excavate to precise grades while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Coordinate with field crews, foremen, and project managers to keep projects on schedule
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
- Maintain accurate equipment logs and report maintenance needs
- 5+ years of heavy equipment operating experience
- Extensive experience with foundation excavation and sewer installation
- Strong experience operating excavators, dozers, loaders, and similar heavy equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and grading specifications
- Excellent understanding of excavation safety and trenching regulations
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership mentality
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work
- Experience working around underground utilities
- GPS machine control experience
- CDL is a plus
- Snow removal or snowcat operating experience is a bonus
