- Shape how forces understand, protect, and dominate the electromagnetic spectrum
- Assess the electromagnetic environment to uncover patterns in spectrum usage
- Develop spectrum management plans
- Collaborate with EW units and intelligence partners
- Prepare contingency plans for jamming events and cyber threats
Requirements
- Experience with electromagnetic warfare (EW) or electromagnetic spectrum operations
- Experience assessing the electromagnetic environment
- Experience collaborating with EW, intelligence, or cyber units
- Experience developing courses of action employing unconventional or asymmetric approaches
- Knowledge of joint operational planning processes
- Ability to analyze complex EMS data sets
- Ability to develop contingency procedures for EMS disruptions
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience with Joint Service planning or Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years of experience with Joint Service planning
