Senior ETL Tester/Data QA Analyst

Job TitleSkills and Experience Required:Hands on experience with testing in ETL and Data warehouse.Strong experience in data warehouse concepts and Snowflake or similar databases.Good experience in data analysis, data profiling, preparing test data, etc.Review and analyze functional and design specifications documentsUnderstand the data model used in global data MDM and solutions.Understand the concepts and attributes of the data and manage the data dictionary of the tables.Identify test requirements from design document and mapping documentsInvolve in test planning, prepare test plan, develop test cases/scripts, creating and manage test data, test execution and defect management.Validate quality of data and steer data quality improvement action plans.Ensure and assess data quality on organization data, building KPIs (incident management, completeness of data, etc.) and setting up and automate consistency checks Identify root causes of potential malfunctions and allocate actions to the right stakeholders.Strong SQL skills and strong experience in testing SQL reports, paginated reports, etc.Experience with RSBMS, SQL Server, SAP HANA 4Experience with data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniquesExperience on an Agile delivery teamExperience with Jira and Confluence collaboration toolsExperience on Business Intelligence programsPartner with team on data and BI business/data analyst efforts to collaborate with key partners gathering requirements and assist with User Acceptance Testing.Ability to work under stress, handle multiple concurrent and contending tasks and responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining personal effectivenessAbility to prioritize work, meet goals, and stay on task when completing special projects and daily assignmentsMinimum Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or other industry related curriculum) or combination of education and equivalent experience5 to 7 years of experience in testing ETL, Data, BI, and reporting applications5 to 7 years of experience in reporting/data visualization tools Tableau, and Business Objects5 to 7 years of experience in SQL with ability to write complex SQL scripts in relational databases irrespective of cloud or on-prem5 to 7 years of working in agile team is must3 to 5 years of experience in Informatica MDM, Master Data Integration etc.Tools:SQL, Excel Data Analysis, MS Office, JIRA, QTest, API testing, Soap UI, postman.ETL Automation tool: such as ICEDQ, TOSCA DI, IDQ and Informatica is plus.
