We are seeking a Senior ETL Developer to join our Master Data Management (MDM) team.
This high-impact role involves working across multiple source systems hosted on diverse technology stacks, with a strong focus on stability, automation, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IBM DataStage and UNIX scripting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IBM DataStage.
- Work on Master Data Management initiatives to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from over 30 source systems.
- Implement automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Troubleshoot and optimize ETL workflows for performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
- Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with IBM DataStage and ETL development.
- Proficiency in UNIX scripting for automation and process control.
- Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and practices.
- Experience with Oracle databases and SQL development.
- Familiarity with Java for integration and customization tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
