We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-owned construction company with over 50 years of experience and a strong pipeline of multifamily projects.
Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to support projects ranging from $10M to $100M . This is an opportunity to join a growing pre-construction team and work closely with senior leadership.
The successful candidate will have strong multifamily estimating experience and ideally come from a larger general contractor, bringing valuable market knowledge, processes, and industry relationships.
We're looking for someone with:
- Multifamily experience
- Experience estimating projects of $10M+
- Strong knowledge of takeoffs, budgets, bids, and cost estimates
- Experience with subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Good understanding of the local construction market
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ambition to progress into a leadership position
