Your Day Includes
- Preparing conceptual through detailed estimates and performing quantity take-offs
- Attending pre-bid meetings, site visits, and coordinating RFIs, RFQs, and schedules
- Reviewing drawings and specifications to develop accurate scopes and pricing
- Supporting operations with project management insight and mentoring team members
- Participating in trade shows, client meetings, and continuous process improvement
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree in construction or related field
- 5–10 years of multifamily construction estimating experience with strong building envelope knowledge
