Senior Estimator (Renewables)

Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation:Develop comprehensive cost estimates for utility-scale solar projects
• Bid Preparation:Collaborate with business development and project management teams
• Risk Assessment:Identify and evaluate potential risks and uncertainties associated with project execution
• Value Engineering:Utilize value engineering principles to optimize project costs
• Vendor Management:Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers
• Cost Analysis:Thoroughly analyze and benchmark project costs against industry standards, historical data, and market trends
• Documentation:Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, reports, and documentation to support project planning, budgeting, and financing activities
• Stakeholder Communication:Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Team Leadership:Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise to junior estimators and project teams
