n Job Descriptionn n

n As a Senior Estimator, you will:n

• n Prepare detailed estimates for environmental remediation and heavy civil construction projectsn
• n Analyze plans, specifications, geotechnical reports, and bid documentsn
• n Develop accurate takeoffs, pricing strategies, and cost modelsn
• n Estimate projects involving contaminated soil excavation and environmental cleanupn
• n Price large-scale excavation, earthwork, grading, and site development scopesn
• n Evaluate in-situ stabilization, soil treatment, sheet piling, shoring, and support of excavation systemsn
• n Support estimating efforts on renewable energy and solar-related civil projectsn
• n Collaborate with operations teams to develop competitive and executable project budgetsn
• n Review subcontractor and supplier proposalsn
• n Identify project risks and opportunities during the bid processn
• n Improve estimating documentation, reporting, and cost transparencyn
• n Assist leadership with pricing strategy and project pursuit decisionsn

n The Successful Applicantn n

n The ideal Senior Estimator candidate will have:n

• n 20+ years of estimating experiencen
• n Extensive experience in environmental remediation and heavy civil constructionn
• n Strong background in contaminated soil excavation and environmental cleanup projectsn
• n Experience estimating excavation, grading, earthwork, and site development projectsn
• n Knowledge of soil stabilization, shoring, sheet piling, and support of excavation systemsn
• n Experience supporting civil scopes associated with solar developmentsn
• n Understanding of utility installation and related civil workn
• n Strong analytical and organizational skillsn
• n Ability to create detailed, traceable, and defensible estimatesn
• n Excellent communication and collaboration skillsn

• n Experience working for a self-performing contractorn
• n Background estimating projects ranging from $100K to $30M+n
• n Experience with public and private sector projectsn
• n Environmental construction expertise over concrete or foundation-focused constructionn
• n Proven ability to mentor teams and improve estimating processesn
• n Candidates with a strong combination of environmental remediation expertise and heavy civil estimating experience will be especially attractive for this opportunity.n

• n $130,000 - $150,000+ base salary (flexible for the right candidate)n
