Key Responsibilities Leads quantity takeoffs for large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy in interpreting plans and specifications Supports the sales team in developing competitive bid strategies and engages with contractors and engineers to resolve material questions Mentors Estimator I and II personnel, providing guidance and oversight on takeoff work and technical resources Required Qualifications 5+ years of estimating experience in construction or critical infrastructure Proven track record of performing complex takeoffs Experience collaborating with engineering teams, contractors, and vendors Prior involvement in value engineering or design-build efforts Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered
