In this role, you will analyze plans and specifications, perform detailed quantity takeoffs, and develop accurate cost estimates for labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors. You will prepare competitive bids, support project handoffs, and collaborate closely with operations and project teams to ensure constructability and alignment with safety and quality standards.
