Responsibilities include:
- Produce detailed cost estimates and pricing build-ups for heavy civil work packages.
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Develop estimate basis documents, assumptions, and pricing narratives.
- Review contractor and subcontractor estimates, quotations, and change proposals.
- Benchmark labour, plant, equipment, and material pricing.
- Evaluate production rates, construction methodologies, and logistics assumptions.
- Support procurement, bid evaluations, and commercial reviews.
- Work closely with project controls teams to align estimates with programme schedules.
- Contribute to value engineering, risk analysis, and estimate validation exercises.
- Present estimates and commercial recommendations to senior project leadership.

- Stable, federally funded project pipeline.
- High-profile technical environment working alongside leading infrastructure professionals.
- Genuine opportunity to influence major commercial decisions on nationally significant projects.
- Excellent career development within a collaborative project controls environment.
