- Identify and communicate conflicts and errors in estimates
- Visit with clients, general contractors and engineers
- Look for value engineering opportunities
- 10 or more years of HVAC experience
- 5 or more years of Estimating experience
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or similar
- Quickpen
- BlueBeam
- Strong computer and communication skills
