Key Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating process for $200M+ complex commercial construction projects .
• Own estimates from early conceptual design through final bid, GMP, contract award, and project turnover.
• Develop detailed conceptual, schematic, design-development, GMP, negotiated, and hard-bid estimates.
• Establish overall estimating strategy, methodology, and approach for major pursuits.
• Review and interpret highly complex architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and specialty construction documents.
• Lead detailed quantity takeoffs and cost development across multiple trades.
• Develop detailed labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and general conditions pricing.

Project Experience

Candidates should have significant experience estimating complex, large-scale commercial construction projects.

Experience with projects of $200M+ is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Proven experience leading estimates for $100M-$200M+ projects .
• Experience with a Tier 1 or large regional/national general contractor strongly preferred.
