You will mentor junior estimators, collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of estimates using HCSS HeavyBid.
You will review drawings, develop unit and labor estimates, integrate historical data, and support budgets and buyouts after award. Strong leadership and SC project knowledge are essential.
