We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with expertise in ground-up commercial construction and high-end interior renovations. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, analyzing project information, and developing accurate, well-supported cost estimates.
The successful candidate is highly analytical, values facts and data over assumptions, and takes ownership of delivering reliable project estimates in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform quantity takeoffs and validate pricing with a high degree of accuracy
- Identify project risks, scope gaps, and constructability considerations
- Develop estimates while managing evolving project requirements, changing priorities, and tight deadlines
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure estimates are complete, accurate, and competitive
- Maintain and utilize historical cost data to support future estimating efforts
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of commercial construction estimating experience
- Experience with both ground-up construction and interior renovation projects preferred
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing strategies
